Email Formats:

Text: You will receive a text based index page with text attachments that contain the following days press releases.

Word: You will receive a text based index page with press releases saved as MS Word attachments. ( You will need Microsoft Word or a similar word processor to open these)

 

** HTML Links page:

An HTML page is the same as a web page except you receive it through your email and it is saved on your computer. If you want to view the links on the page you must connect to the internet. The advantage of this is it is fast and you can choose which releases you want to view/download.

If you chose this option you will receive an HTML formatted page containing links and a brief description of press releases and pictures.

 

UPDATE News:

A text email that is sent every time the Newspress web site is updated with a new release. The email will consist of the release title, company name and the first few lines of the release. At the end of each day you will recieve a summary email off all releases added that day/evening.

** Your email program needs to be able to support HTML formatted messages Microsoft OUTLOOK© and OUTLOOK EXPRESS© supports this.
